We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled professionals with a passion for learning and teaching to join our team as Facilitator & Content Developer. This role is critical in ensuring the design and delivery of engaging, impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
Design, create, and customize training content, including presentations, activities, handouts, and digital resources, for leadership workshops and courses.
Research and incorporate current best practices in leadership, organizational agility, team dynamics, and professional development.
Adapt existing content to meet diverse client needs and industry trends.
Workshop Facilitation
Lead and facilitate interactive and impactful workshops, courses, and webinars, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and knowledge retention.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages participants to reflect, share, and apply learning to their roles.
Use a variety of instructional methods, including role-playing, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
Participant Engagement and Feedback
Support participants before, during, and after workshops to ensure their learning goals are met.
Gather and analyze participant feedback to refine and improve content and delivery methods.
Maintain an adaptive approach to facilitation to address the needs of diverse audiences.
Collaboration and Innovation
Work closely with the Agile Leadership Success team to align content with the company’s vision and objectives.
Contribute to new ideas for innovative workshop formats, delivery methods, and resources.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in leadership development and adult learning.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in designing and facilitating workshops, courses, or training programs, preferably in leadership or organizational development.
Strong knowledge of leadership principles, agile methodologies, and organizational dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Expertise in using digital tools for remote facilitation (e.g., Zoom, Miro, or other collaboration platforms).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in leadership development, facilitation, or related areas (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies).
Experience working with diverse industries and client groups.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Compensation:
We offer competitive hourly rates for this position, based on experience and expertise. Rates range from $35 to $65 per hour, depending on the scope of responsibilities, content development experience, and facilitation expertise.
This position offers flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities for remote or on-site facilitation, professional growth, and access to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
