1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
Weekly Live Sessions
Live sessions are a vital component of the program, designed to provide interactive learning, collaboration, and personalized feedback.
Participants are expected to attend all live sessions.
If you miss a session, recordings may not be available, and you are responsible for completing the weekly materials and assignments on your own.
Missed live sessions cannot be rescheduled or repeated.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
Your one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to provide personalized guidance and support throughout the program.
Scheduling:
Participants must book their coaching session each week at a time that aligns with their schedule.
Sessions are 25 minutes and provide tailored insights to support your career goals.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the session for that week.
No Stacking of Sessions:
Missed coaching sessions cannot be carried over or combined with future sessions. Each session is intended to provide real-time support for the specific week’s content.
2. Remote Role Eligibility Requirements
This section explains the criteria for eligibility for part-time remote (consulting) roles with Agile Leadership Success, ensuring participants understand expectations and processes.
A. Eligibility and Scope
Participants who successfully complete the program may be considered for part-time consulting roles with Agile Leadership Success for up to six (6) months. These opportunities are designed to help you apply the skills gained during the program while contributing to impactful projects. This program does not provide job placement services or guarantee employment with external organizations. The skills and strategies you gain will position you to succeed but will require active effort and persistence on your part.
B. Successful Course Completion Requirements
To be eligible for consideration, participants must:
Attend at least 5 out of 6 live sessions.
Complete all assigned activities and weekly projects.
Demonstrate professionalism and active participation throughout the program.
C. Evaluation Criteria
Participants will be evaluated on the following:
Professionalism: Displaying respect, collaboration, and accountability in group discussions and assignments.
Quality of Work: Completing assignments and activities to a high standard, demonstrating a clear understanding of the material.
Engagement: Actively contributing to discussions, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging with peers and instructors.
D. Clarification of Opportunities
Roles Are At-Will: Consulting opportunities are not guaranteed and depend on mutual consent and availability.
Not Guaranteed: Completing the program does not automatically secure a consulting role.
Participants selected for these roles will have the opportunity to review responsibilities and sign an agreement outlining expectations and deliverables.
3. Course Enrollment Transfers
You may transfer your enrollment to another person up to 3 days before the course start date at no additional cost.
The individual must:
Complete all enrollment forms.
Meet the program's eligibility requirements.
If the person does not meet these requirements, the transfer cannot be completed, and your enrollment will remain valid.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen challenges or emergencies, participants may request additional support to stay on track. Options include:
Rescheduling coaching sessions.
Access to supplemental resources to catch up on missed materials.
Participants may also request a refund under the following conditions:
Full refund (100%):
A written request must be received at team@agileleadershipsuccess.com at least 30 days prior to the course start date.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, minus an 8% transaction fee (includes card terminal charges).
Partial refund (50%):
A written request must be received at team@agileleadershipsuccess.com at least 15 days prior to the course start date.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, minus an 8% transaction fee (includes card terminal charges).
No refunds will be provided for requests received less than 15 days prior to the course start date.
